Een eerste gesprek heb je altijd met een collega van HR en iemand van het team. Binnen enkele dagen krijg je van ons een reactie. <\/div>

Stap 2: de selectie<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Stap 4: een tweede gesprek<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nodigen we je uit voor een tweede gesprek en ben je ook zelf ook nog steeds enthousiast, dan maak je kennis met de directie en laten we je ons mooie pand zien. Ook is er uitgebreid tijd om verdere vragen te beantwoorden. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat er na het eerste gesprek ook nieuwe vragen zijn ontstaan. Natuurlijk komen in dit gesprek ook de voorwaarden op tafel. We bellen je binnen een aantal dagen om je te vertellen of je bent aangenomen. <\/div>
